A facilitator playing singing bowls during a sound bath while guests rest on mats

Sound baths & sound healing · New York, Los Angeles & worldwideSound that takes you somewhere new.

Private sound baths, group sound journeys and corporate sound experiences, led by trained sound facilitators.

What is a sound bath

Lie down. Close your eyes. Let the sound do the work.

A sound bath is a guided meditation carried by live sound. You rest on a mat while singing bowls, gong, chimes and voice build layers of tone and vibration around you. There’s nothing to learn and nothing to get right. You just listen.

Most people find their breathing slows, their thoughts go quiet and their body finally lets go. Many leave feeling calmer and more rested than they have in weeks. It may be the shortest detour there is: one session that sends you into a completely different state of mind.

Questions

Sound baths, answered.

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a guided meditation carried by live sound. You lie down and rest while instruments such as singing bowls, gong and chimes, along with the voice, fill the room with tone and vibration.

Do I need any experience?

No. There’s nothing to learn and no way to do it wrong. If you can lie down and listen, you can take part.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable clothes you can lie down in. We bring mats and blankets. Bring a water bottle and anything else that helps you get cozy.

Is a sound bath right for everyone?

Most people can take part. If you’re pregnant or have epilepsy, a pacemaker or other implanted device, sound sensitivity or a hearing condition, check with your doctor first and let us know so we can adapt the session. Sound baths are a relaxation practice, not a medical treatment.

Can you come to our home or office?

Yes. We bring the instruments and setup to homes, offices, studios and event spaces, or we can find a space for you.

Where can you host a sound bath?

We’re based in New York and Los Angeles and host sound baths around the world, at private events, corporate gatherings and on every retreat. Tell us where you are and we’ll bring the sound to you.

How many people can join?

Anything from a few friends to a full team. Tell us your number and we’ll plan the space and setup around it.
